The proposed design consists of a simple diagram of a connector element and a functional core that define an enclosed courtyard and entry. The glass entry allows for a visual connection between the Railyard Park and the interior sculpture courtyard. The use of deep overhangs and trellises protects the building from early morning sun while augmenting a perception of SITE as a museum within the park.
