Vladem Contemporary

Scheduled for completion in 2020, this building will complete the New Mexico Museum of Art’s mission of “One Museum in Two Locations”, providing a new home for their contemporary art collections and shows. The building will provide spaces for collections, galleries, and education.

Los Ranchos Residence

This is a home for family of five who are modernists and art collectors, who expressed a desire for plentiful natural light and for indoor / outdoor living.

Levitated Toy Factory

The Levitated Toy Factory engages the vital growth of downtown while at the same time preserving its presence in an established urban context. The 6,000 s.f. building is filled with decades of history, occupied by Albuquerque Journal reporters and the press association until its recent renovation in 2013.

UNM Meteorite Museum

Located on the ground floor of Northrop Hall at the University of New Mexico (originally designed by John Gaw Meem), the Meteorite Museum is home to one of the most nationally significant collections of meteorites.

LewAllen Galleries at the Truro Building

Located on the Santa Fe Railyard, the building program required flexible ground floor gallery spaces for LewAllen Galleries, with offices on the mezzanine, art storage in the basement, and office spaces for a research and data processing company on the second floor above.

Tamarind Institute at UNM

This 16,500 sf LEED Gold renovation of an existing UNM campus building meets the requirements of the Tamarind Institute, the leading international lithography teaching facility.

Montclaire Residence

This project consists of a master bedroom suite addition to a home for a couple who are prolific art collectors.
